Tweet Behind The Plate: Chicken and Steak Wraps

Chicken and Steak Wraps
High in lean protein, low in carbs, and moderate in healthy fats, and great for your abs!
Grill a few chicken breasts, 8oz skirt steak. Season in light salt, pepper and garlic. Cook steak to your preference. I like medium rare. When everything is nicely grilled, chop up the meat in little cubes. Mix it all in the bowl. I like to add a little bit of dill pickles or relish to bring out some smooth flavor. Mix chicken and steak nicely in a bowl with dill pickles.
Prepare a few whole wheat (low carb) wraps. Spread some shredded low fat cheese on the wrap. Warm up each wrap in the microwave for about 15 sec, until cheese is a bit melted.
Spread some olive oil mayo, and a tad of Spiracha sauce on the wrap. Add mixed meat, add chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado.
Wrap it like a burrito and slice it in half. Done. Enjoy your guilt free wrap that is full of health benefits and amazing flavor. I think this tastes better than Chipotle and all other junk.
